One of our regular clients, Soho Estates, asked SECL to step in and assist with what originally was a minor maintenance project in central Soho. Adopting the existing scaffold and incumbent sub-contractors the project became a significant roof replacement and façade refurbishment scheme. The initial delays were having a considerable impact on the stakeholders, especially with Pride approaching, which is a major source of revenue for the ground-floor bar. All parties were relieved with the successful conclusion of the project.
